If life looks composed on the outside but feels strangely off on the inside, you’re in the right place. I work with anglophone expats and French-speaking clients across both languages, drawing on therapeutic depth, nervous system work, and the kind of honest support that doesn’t require you to perform being okay. Warm insight, occasional dry humour, and absolutely no ‘you shoulds.”
I know this territory because I’ve lived it.
I first moved to France at eighteen. Returned to Britain. Built a life there, then relocated again in my forties: this time to run a gîte business in the south of France for eight years, raise children across two cultures, and rebuild a professional identity more or less from scratch.
Each time, the logistics eventually sorted themselves out. The interior landscape took longer. The low-grade disorientation, the sense of being slightly out of step with yourself, the version of you that seemed to have been mislaid somewhere between the two countries.
I found my way back through therapeutic work. Once that shifted, everything else began to make sense. That’s what I offer now.
My approach draws on nervous system work, somatic awareness, and the kind of honest therapeutic depth that coaching alone doesn’t always reach. Sessions are warm and grounded, without being clinical or overwhelming.
The work follows a simple arc:
Untangle the exhaustion, rebuild trust in yourself, and make sense of what’s been quietly unraveling beneath the surface.
Find emotional calm and safety especially when life feels like a tug-of-war.
Rediscover your sense of direction and belonging, so your life starts to feel like something you’re actually living, not just managing.
Training & Certifications:
The nervous system doesn’t respond to pressure. It responds to safety. We build that first, and everything else follows.
You don’t need to perform being okay. We work with what’s actually here, which is always enough to start with.
More advice isn’t what’s needed. Space to process what’s happening inside, so things finally start to align.
You don’t need to have everything figured out you just need the courage to start.
Let’s talk. No pressure, no expectations. Just a calm space to explore what you’ve been carrying.
“This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you’ve always been: calm, whole, and at home within yourself.”
