About me
I am a trauma-informed therapeutic coach with a background in frontline emergency care and specialist training in trauma and wellbeing. I previously worked for 14 years as a paramedic in high-pressure environments, developing a calm, grounded approach to supporting people through stress, crisis and emotional challenge. I hold a BSc (Hons) in Emergency Medicine, a Master’s degree in Understanding Domestic Violence and Sexual Abuse, and a diploma in Therapeutic Coaching through the Optimum Health Clinic.
My work is informed by both professional experience and a deep understanding of the complex realities people face, including trauma, stress, anxiety and the impact of challenging life circumstances. In recent years, my focus has been on supporting individuals navigating issues such as domestic violence, abuse, addiction, anxiety and sustained pressure.
I offer a confidential, non-judgemental space where clients can reflect, regulate, rebuild confidence and reconnect with their strengths. My approach combines practical coaching tools with therapeutic insight, supporting emotional resilience, clarity and meaningful change.
Whatever your background or situation, therapeutic support can help you feel more grounded, gain perspective and move forward with greater confidence and self-trust.
