You’ve been through a lot and you don’t have to figure this out on your own.

Trauma-informed therapeutic coaching for survivors of domestic abuse who may look like they’re coping on the outside but know something needs to change and who are ready to rebuild, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with confidence.

No pressure, just a chat to see if therapeutic coaching feels right for you.

Welcome

You’ve left the past behind, and now it’s time to rebuild your life on your own terms. I’m a trauma-informed therapeutic coach supporting survivors of domestic abuse who are ready to reconnect with themselves, regain confidence, and move forward with purpose.

I’ve walked this path myself and have also spent many years supporting others through life’s toughest moments. Before becoming a therapeutic coach, I worked as a paramedic for 14 years, learning how to stay calm, grounded, and present when people needed it most. I also hold a Master’s in Understanding Domestic Violence and Sexual Abuse, and a diploma in Therapeutic Coaching with the Optimum Health Clinic.

In our work together, you’ll find a warm, steady, and trauma-informed space where your emotional safety comes first. I focus on gentle pacing, practical support, and helping you rebuild confidence, strengthen boundaries, and reconnect with your sense of self.

This isn’t about fixing you — it’s about walking alongside you as you to rediscover your strengths and create a life that truly feels like yours. Wherever you are on your journey, you are welcome here — and you don’t have to do it alone.

About Me

I’m a trauma-informed therapeutic coach, and I work with survivors of domestic abuse who are no longer in crisis but know there’s still more healing — and more life — waiting for them.

I understand how much it can take to reach this point. Often, the danger has passed, life has carried on, and yet inside there may still be uncertainty, self-doubt, or a sense of being disconnected from who you once were. This is the place where my work begins

I come to this work with both professional training and lived experience. I know how much strength it takes to survive, and how confusing it can feel afterwards, when the world expects you to be “fine” but something inside still feels unsettled.

Before becoming a coach, I spent 14 years working as a paramedic. Being alongside people in moments of shock, fear, and vulnerability taught me the value of calm presence, steady support, and creating a sense of safety when everything feels overwhelming. I later completed a BSc (Hons) in Emergency Medicine, which deepened my understanding of how stress and trauma live in the body, not just the mind.

My learning didn’t stop there. I went on to complete a Master’s degree in Understanding Domestic Violence and Sexual Abuse, followed by a diploma in Therapeutic Coaching under Alex Howard. These studies were shaped not only by professional curiosity, but by my own experience of domestic abuse, this experience that  quietly informed how I listen, how I hold space, and how I work with care and patience.

I’ve supported many people through anxiety, low confidence, overwhelm, and the long-term impact of difficult or traumatic experiences. What matters most to me is meeting you where you are and working at a pace that feels safe and respectful to you.

Outside of my work, I’m a mother of six, three biological children and three stepchildren.  I’m also a proud grandmother to two young boys. I’ve lived in Spain, built my family life in the UK, support a veteran partner, and hold space for my son within the LGBTQ+ community. These parts of my life have deepened my understanding of resilience, identity, and belonging, and they shape the warmth and inclusivity I bring into my work.

My coaching style is gentle, collaborative, and trauma informed. Sessions aren’t about fixing you or pushing you to revisit what you’re not ready for. Instead, we focus on helping you feel safer in yourself, rebuild confidence, strengthen boundaries, and reconnect with who you are now.

If you’re looking for a calm, supportive space where you can be met with kindness, without judgement or expectation, you’re very welcome here.
