I’m a trauma-informed therapeutic coach working with small businesses to support staff wellbeing, resilience and retention.

I bring many years of experience supporting people in high-pressure, emotionally demanding environments, alongside a calm, grounded coaching approach. My work is centred on helping people feel safer, more supported and better able to cope with the realities of working life, particularly when stress, burnout or personal challenges begin to affect confidence, engagement or attendance.

Rather than focusing purely on performance, therapeutic coaching looks at the whole person. I work alongside staff to help them rebuild confidence, develop healthier boundaries, manage stress and feel more resourced at work. This often leads to improved wellbeing, stronger working relationships and a greater likelihood of people staying and feeling invested in their role.

I work collaboratively with small business owners and managers who genuinely care about their people and want to create a workplace culture where staff feel valued, heard and supported — without the need for formal therapy or crisis intervention.

Sessions can be delivered one-to-one, online and are always confidential, supportive and tailored to the needs of your workplace.

About Me

Before training as a therapeutic coach, I spent 14 years working as a paramedic in high-demand, high-pressure environments. This role required calm decision-making, emotional resilience and the ability to support people through intense and often complex situations. That experience continues to inform my work today, particularly my grounded, steady approach when supporting individuals who are managing sustained stress or emotional load at work.

Earlier in my career, I lived and worked in Madrid for five years. This experience broadened my professional and personal perspective, strengthening my adaptability and deepening my understanding of how culture, connection and environment influence wellbeing, identity and resilience.

Alongside my professional background, I am also a parent and understand the ongoing demands of balancing work, family life and personal wellbeing. I recognise how competing responsibilities, fatigue and pressure can affect confidence, focus and engagement at work. This insight allows me to support individuals and businesses with realism, compassion and practical understanding.

My approach to therapeutic coaching sits between traditional coaching and therapy. It provides a confidential, supportive space where individuals can reflect, regulate stress and rebuild confidence. I work with staff to develop healthier boundaries, improve resilience and feel more grounded and capable in their roles. For businesses, this often leads to improved wellbeing, stronger working relationships and increased staff retention.

I work in partnership with small business owners and managers who value their people and want to provide meaningful support without moving into clinical or crisis-based intervention. My role is to complement existing management structures by offering professional, confidential support that benefits both the individual and the organisation.

I offer one-to-one therapeutic coaching, delivered online or in person. All sessions are confidential, tailored and delivered with care, professionalism and integrity.

Flexible support for individuals at work

All sessions are trauma-informed, confidential and tailored to the individual. Coaching focuses on wellbeing, resilience, boundaries and confidence, helping people feel more grounded and able to stay engaged at work.

A focused, supportive conversation

60 minutes | One-off

Ideal for someone who needs space to talk, reflect and gain clarity around a specific challenge.

This can support:

  • Managing work or life stress or overwhelm
  • Clarifying a difficult situation or decision
  • Regaining perspective and emotional steadiness


A practical starting point. No ongoing commitment.

Intensive 1:1 Session

Extended time, deeper focus

90 minutes | One-off

A longer session for individuals who need more time and depth in a single sitting.

This can support:

  • Working through complex or emotionally demanding situations
  • Gaining clarity during periods of transition or high pressure
  • Creating a clear, grounded way forward

Deeper, longer-term support
